Pecan Balls Ingredients
- ½ lb butter, softened
- 4T sugar
- ⅛t salt
- 1t vanilla
- 2c flour
- 1t baking powder
- 1c pecans, chopped
- 2c powdered sugar
Pecan Balls How to Make
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cream together the butter and sugar. Add the vanilla, salt, flour, baking powder, and pecans.
- Roll into balls and bake for 20 minutes.
- Roll in powdered sugar and set aside to cool.
